We are so glad to be home! We just returned from the 2012 Zumba® Instructor’s Convention and had a blast!
We’ve learned so much and can’t wait to bring the energy and learning to our classes! We are back to our regular schedule and look forward to a fantastic week!

Kristen’s classes are at our Milltown location on Monday at 6:15pm & Wednesday at 8:15pm

Our Tuesday Schedule in Milltown will be 6:30pm Zumba® class with Melynda and 7:45pm Zumba® Toning class with Debbie!

Take it to the next level! At FiestaFit, we are NOT A GYM! We are a boutique dance fitness studio that specializes in ZUMBA® Fitness Programs! Our instructors truly care about YOU! We LOVE what we do and our passion comes through! We are a private facility. Nobody is looking into the room! We keep things simple. Pay as you go. NO membership, NO registration, NO freezing accounts.

You want to take a class? Find a class that suits your schedule and just show up! The hour long adult classes are $9. The Zumbatomic® children’s classes are $10. Our 45 minute classes are $8.

We have several students who have been with me since I began 5 years ago! They have changed their lives and are avid fitness enthusiasts. I have beginners that have found a new home. FiestaFit’s goal is to reach any person with any need and help them improve their health with dance fitness. Can’t physically stand for long periods of time? Come to a Zumba® Gold class and take the class in a CHAIR! The routines can be modified so that you can get the benefit of movement regardless of needing to sit. We are interested in our students and helping them become the best they can be!

The Kids have something to look forward to also!! Miss Jamie will teach ZUMBATOMIC® for her Big Starz (7-12 year olds) at 11:15am! No registration required! Drop them off for 45 mins of fun! $10

Just thinking…
It is almost mid-December- the air is crisper and there is frost on my car in the mornings! It’s that bustling time of the year when we get wrapped up in good traditions and caught in bad habits! We think about making it perfect for our families and sometimes, we forget ourselves in the process. Truly, this is honorable however, there is an element of unhealthiness about it. We must keep balance. We must take the time necessary to rest and recharge. We must do what relieves stress to make this time of year a joy! Let’s dance like no one is watching! Let’s put everything aside for one hour! Do something just for you! Everyone else will survive and you will be better for it!
